We learn from the Quran that this world will come to an end.

Indeed, We rendered that which is on the earth an adornment for it in order to test them as to who is better in deeds, and We will surely turn what is on it into a barren wasteland. 18:7-8

So when the horn is blown a single blast, and the earth and the mountains are lifted and crushed with a single blow; on that Day, the Event will occur. 69:13-15

We also read in the Quran that a new earth and a new heavens will replace the present heavens and earth.

The day when the earth will be replaced with another earth, as well as the heavens, and they are brought forward before God; the One, the All-Conquering. 14:48

Signs of the approaching end of the world

The Quran provides various signs and states that the means for unveiling the end of the world have been given.

Are they waiting but for the Hour to come to them suddenly? Its conditions have already come. So when it comes upon them, what good then will their reminder be to them? 47:18

The signs given in the Quran include:

1- The splitting of the moon:

Shortly before the end of the world the moon will split, and this will be one of the signs of the end of the world.

The Hour has drawn near and the moon has split. 54:1

2- The Creature (27:82):

The Quran tells us that at the right time, God will produce a creature that will be instrumental in unveiling God's signs.

When the Word is carried out upon them, We will bring out for them a creature from the earth that will say to them that the people have not been certain of Our signs. 27:82

An important observation in the words in 27:82 is connected with the wording of the word "creature" (Dabbah) in 27:82 in comparison with other verses in the Quran where the same word is used.

We notice that all the other verses that connect the two words "creature" and "earth" always speaks of "creature in the earth", for example:

There is not a single creature in the earth whose provision is not due from God. 11:6

Scientifically speaking, we all live in the earth and not on the earth. This is because we live inside the earth's atmosphere, which is part of the earth. However, when we look at 27:82 we find the wording is deliberately changed to:

"a creature from the earth"

The deliberate use of the word "from" in this phrase denotes that this creature is made from earthly materials.

As it happened, the computer was the tool to be used in counting all the thousands of figures and multiples of the miracle in the Quran.

Let us look at 27:82 and particularly at its mirror image of the Sura and verse numbers, the 27 becomes 72, and the 82 becomes 28. Verse 72:28 proclaims:

He (God) has counted the number of all things. 72:28

3- The Smoke (44:10):

Another sign given in the Quran for the approach of the Hour is the 'smoke' that will cover the people and bring with it great punishment:

So watch out for a day when the sky brings forth a distinctive smoke that covers the people; this is a painful punishment.. 44:10-11

4- Gog and Magog:(Assume calculation. Don't take-raf)

They re-appear, in accordance with God's plan, in the year 1700 AH (2271 AD). Gog and Magog are mentioned in 18:94 and 21:96. If you count the verses from 18:94 to the end of Sura 18, you find them 17. If you count the verses from 21:96 to the end of Sura 21, you find them also 17. This is the Quran's sign that Gog and Magog will re-appear in 1700 AH.

They said, "O Zul-Qarnayn, Gog and Magog are corruptors in the land. Can we draw out a payment for you so that you would construct a barrier between us and them? 18:94

Not until the way is opened for Gog and Magog, and from every elevation they swarm down. 21:96

It will not remain hidden

(20:15)

Verse 15 of Sura 20 informs us that the end of the world will be revealed by God before the end of the world:

The Hour (end of the world) is surely coming. I will keep it almost hidden, so that every self is repaid for what it strives. 20:15

The Arabic words 'akad ukhfiha' in 20:15 mean "I will keep it almost hidden". These words are very significant. They mean that the date of the end of the world will be hidden almost to the very end but will be revealed just before the very end of the world.

The following example makes this matter clear:

"I ran the marathon race, and I almost finished the race".

What these words mean is that I ran the marathon race and completed the majority of the distance but stopped very near the end of the race. Thus, it is correct to say, "I almost finished the race".

When God says that the Hour (end of the world) will be kept almost hidden, the same logic applies, that the timing of the Hour will be kept hidden for the greater part of the existence of the world, being revealed very near to the end.

 পৃথিৱীৰ অন্ত পৰাৰ কিছু সময়ৰ আগতে চন্দ্ৰ বিভাজিত হ’ব আৰু এইটো পৃথিৱীৰ শেষৰ অন্যতম চিন হ’ব।

 ঘৈয়া ওচৰ চাপিছে আৰু চন্দ্ৰ বিভাজিত হৈছে।  ৫৪:১

 ২- জীৱ (২৭:৮২):

 কোৰআনে আমাক কৈছে যে সঠিক সময়ত ঈশ্বৰে এনে এটা জীৱৰ সৃষ্টি কৰিব যিয়ে ঈশ্বৰৰ চিন উন্মোচন কৰাত সহায়ক হ’ব।  

 যেতিয়া তেওঁলোকৰ ওপৰত বাক্য সম্পন্ন হ’ব, তেতিয়া আমি তেওঁলোকৰ বাবে পৃথিৱীৰ পৰা এনে এটা প্ৰাণী উলিয়াই আনিম যিয়ে তেওঁলোকক ক’ব যে মানুহে আমাৰ চিনবোৰৰ বিষয়ে নিশ্চিত হোৱা নাই।  ২৭:৮২

 ২৭:৮২ পদত দিয়া শব্দবোৰৰ এটা গুৰুত্বপূৰ্ণ পৰ্যবেক্ষণ কোৰআনৰ আন আয়াতবোৰৰ তুলনাত ২৭:৮২ পদত "জীৱ" (ডাব্বা) শব্দটোৰ শব্দৰ সৈতে জড়িত।

 যিদৰে ঘটিছিল, কোৰআনত থকা অলৌকিকতাৰ সকলো হাজাৰ হাজাৰ অংক আৰু বহুগুণ গণনাত ব্যৱহাৰ কৰিবলগীয়া আহিলা আছিল কম্পিউটাৰ।

 ২৭:৮২ পদ আৰু বিশেষকৈ ইয়াৰ দাপোন প্ৰতিচ্ছবি চাওঁ আহক, চুৰা আৰু আয়াতৰ সংখ্যা, ২৭ ৭২, আৰু ৮২ ২৮ হয়।৭২:২৮ পদত ঘোষণা কৰা হৈছে:

 তেওঁ (ঈশ্বৰে) সকলো বস্তুৰ সংখ্যা গণনা কৰিছে।  ৭২:২৮

 ৩- ধোঁৱা (৪৪:১০):

 কোৰআনত ক’ৰআনৰ ওচৰ চাপি অহাৰ বাবে দিয়া আন এটা চিন হ’ল ‘ধোঁৱা’ যিয়ে মানুহক ঢাকি ৰাখিব আৰু নিজৰ লগত ডাঙৰ শাস্তি আনিব:

 গতিকে এনে এটা দিনলৈ সাৱধান হওক যেতিয়া আকাশে মানুহক ঢাকি ৰখা এক সুকীয়া ধোঁৱা উলিয়াই আনিব;  এইটো এটা যন্ত্ৰণাদায়ক শাস্তি.. ৪৪:১০-১১

 ৪- গগ আৰু মাগগ:(গণনা ধৰি লওক। টেক-ৰাফ নকৰিব)

 ঈশ্বৰৰ পৰিকল্পনা অনুসৰি ১৭০০ হিজৰী (২২৭১ খ্ৰীষ্টাব্দ) চনত তেওঁলোক পুনৰ আবিৰ্ভাৱ হয়।  ১৮:৯৪ আৰু ২১:৯৬ পদত গগ আৰু মাগগৰ কথা উল্লেখ কৰা হৈছে।  যদি আপুনি ১৮:৯৪ ৰ পৰা ১৮ নং চুৰাৰ শেষলৈকে আয়াত গণনা কৰে তেন্তে ১৭ টা পাব।২১:৯৬ ৰ পৰা ২১ নং ছুৰাৰ শেষলৈকে আয়াত গণনা কৰিলেও ১৭ টা পাব।এয়া কোৰআনৰ চিন যে গগ...  আৰু ১৭০০ হিজৰীত মাগগ পুনৰ আবিৰ্ভাৱ হ’ব।

 তেওঁলোকে ক'লে, "হে জুল-কাৰনেইন, গগ আৰু মাগগ দেশত দুৰ্নীতিগ্ৰস্ত। আমি আপোনাৰ বাবে এটা ধন উলিয়াব পাৰোনে যাতে আপুনি আমাৰ আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ মাজত বাধা গঢ়ি তুলিব? ১৮:৯৪।"

 যেতিয়ালৈকে গগ আৰু মাগগৰ বাবে বাট মুকলি নহয়, আৰু প্ৰতিটো উচ্চতাৰ পৰা তেওঁলোকে তললৈ নামি যায়।  ২১:৯৬

 লুকাই নাথাকিব

 ২০ নং চুৰাৰ ১৫ নং আয়াতে আমাক জনাইছে যে জগতৰ অন্ত পৰাৰ আগতে ঈশ্বৰে জগতৰ অন্ত প্ৰকাশ কৰিব:

 কতুম (পৃথিৱীৰ অন্ত) নিশ্চয় আহি আছে।  মই ইয়াক প্ৰায় লুকুৱাই ৰাখিম, যাতে প্ৰতিটো আত্মাই যি চেষ্টা কৰে তাৰ প্ৰতিদান পায়।  ২০:১৫

 ২০:১৫ পদত থকা আৰবী শব্দ 'akad ukhfiha' ৰ অৰ্থ হৈছে "মই ইয়াক প্ৰায় লুকুৱাই ৰাখিম"।  এই শব্দবোৰ অতি তাৎপৰ্যপূৰ্ণ।  তেওঁলোকৰ অৰ্থ হৈছে পৃথিৱীৰ শেষৰ তাৰিখটো প্ৰায় শেষলৈকে লুকাই থাকিব কিন্তু পৃথিৱীৰ শেষৰ ঠিক আগতেই প্ৰকাশ পাব।

 তলৰ উদাহৰণটোৱে এই কথাটো স্পষ্ট কৰি দিয়ে:

 "মই মাৰাথন দৌৰ দৌৰিছিলো, আৰু দৌৰখন প্ৰায় শেষ কৰিলোঁ"।

 এই শব্দবোৰৰ অৰ্থ হ’ল মই মাৰাথন দৌৰ দৌৰিলোঁ আৰু বেছিভাগ দূৰত্ব সম্পূৰ্ণ কৰিলোঁ যদিও দৌৰৰ শেষৰ বহু ওচৰত ৰৈ দিলোঁ।  এইদৰে "মই দৌৰ প্ৰায় শেষ কৰিলোঁ" বুলি কোৱাটো শুদ্ধ।
