General Root Meaning:
stand still or firm, rose/stand up, managed/conducted/ordered/regulated/superintended, established, made it straight/right, maintain/erect/observe/perform, set up, people/community/company, abode, stature/dignity/rank.
aqama - to keep a thing or an affair in a right state.
إِقَامَتِكُمْ iqāmatikum (1)
(of) your encampment - (1)
أَقَامُوا aqāmū (2)
had stood firmly - (1)
5:66
And if that they had stood firmly (by) the Taurat and the Injeel and what was revealed to them from their Lord, surely they (would have) eaten from above them and from beneath their feet. Among them (is) a community moderate, but many of them - evil (is) what they do.
they establish - (1)
22:41
Those who, if We establish them in the land they establish the prayer they give the zakah and they enjoin the right and forbid from the wrong. And for Allah (is the) end (of) the matters.

الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ ۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ
এওঁলোকেই হৈছে সেইসকল লোক যিসকলক আমি পৃথিৱীৰ বুকুত প্ৰতিষ্ঠিত কৰিলে তেওঁলোকে চালাত কায়েম কৰিব, যাকাত প্ৰদান কৰিব আৰু সৎকমৰ নিৰ্দেশ দিব, লগতে অসৎকৰ্ম নিষেধ কৰিব; আৰু সকলো কৰ্মৰ চূড়ান্ত পৰিণতি আল্লাহৰ ইখতিয়াৰত।)

Establish - (2)
17:78
Establish the prayer, at the decline (of) the sun till (the) darkness (of) the night and Quran at dawn, indeed, the Quran (at) the dawn is ever witnessed.
31:17
O my son! Establish the prayer and enjoin [with] the right and forbid from the wrong, and be patient over what befalls you. Indeed, that (is) of the matters (of) determination.

And certainly took Allah a Covenant (from the) Children (of) Israel and We appointed among them two (and) ten (i.e twelve) leaders. And said Allah, "Indeed, I (am) with you, if you establish the prayer and give the zakah and you believe in My Messengers and you assist them and you loan (to) Allah a loan goodly, surely I will remove from you your evil deeds and I will surely admit you (to) gardens flow from underneath them the rivers. But whoever disbelieved after that among you, then certainly he strayed (from) the way, the right.

17:9
Indeed, this, the Quran, guides to that which (is) most straight and gives glad tidings to the believers - those who do the righteous deeds, that for them (is) a reward great,

And to establish the prayer and fear Him. And He (is) the One to Him you will be gathered."
42:13
He has ordained for you of the religion what He enjoined upon Nuh, and that which We have revealed to you, and what We enjoined upon Ibrahim and Musa and Isa. To establish the religion and not be divided therein. Is difficult on the polytheists what you call them to it. Allah chooses for Himself whom He wills, and guides to Himself whoever turns.

46:13
Indeed, those who say, "Our Lord (is) Allah," then remain firm, then no fear on them and not they will grieve.

41:30
Indeed, those who say, "Our Lord, (is) Allah," then stand firm - will descend on them the Angels, "(Do) not fear, and (do) not grieve but receive the glad tidings of Paradise which you were promised.
they are upright - (1)
9:7
How can (there) be for the polytheists a covenant with Allah and with His Messenger, except those (with) whom you made a covenant near Al-Masjid Al-Haraam? So long as they are upright to you then you be upright to them. Indeed, Allah loves the righteous.

And that if they had remained on the Way, surely We (would) have given t water (in) abundance,

Did not you see [towards] the one who argued (with) Ibrahim concerning his Lord, because gave him Allah the kingdom? When Said Ibrahim, "My Lord (is) the One Who grants life and causes death." He said, "I give life and cause death." Said Ibrahim, "[Then] indeed Allah brings up the sun from the east, so you bring it from the west." So became dumbfounded the one who disbelieved, and Allah (does) not guide the people (who are) [the] wrongdoers.
2:264
O you who believe[d]! (Do) not render in vain your charities with reminders (of it) or [the] hurt, like the one who spends his wealth (to) be seen (by) the people, and (does) not believe in Allah and the Day [the] Last. Then his example (is) like (that of a) smooth rock upon it (is) dust, then fell on it heavy rain, then left it bare. Not they have control on anything of what they (have) earned. And Allah (does) not guide the people [the] disbelieving.
3:86
How (shall) guide Allah a people (who) disbelieved after their belief and (had) witnessed that the Messenger (is) true, and came to them the clear proofs? And Allah (does) not guide the people [the] wrongdoers.
3:140
If touched you a wound, so certainly (has) touched the people wound like it. And this [the] days We alternate them among the people [and] so that makes evident Allah those who believe[d] and take from you martyrs. And Allah (does) not love the wrongdoers.
5:51
O you who believe! (Do) not take the Jews and the Christians (as) allies. Some of them (are) allies (to) others. And whoever takes them as allies among you, then indeed, he (is) of them. Indeed, Allah (does) not guide the people, the wrongdoing.
5:67
O Messenger! Convey what has been revealed to you from your Lord, and if not you do then not you (have) conveyed His Message. And Allah will protect you from the people. Indeed, Allah (does) not guide the people, the disbelieving.
5:108
That (is) closer that they will give the testimony in its (true) form or they would fear that will be refuted their oaths after their (others) oaths. And fear Allah and listen; and Allah (does) not guide the people, defiantly disobedient ,
6:144
And of the camels two and of the cows two. Say, "(Is it) the two males He (has) forbidden or the two females or what contains [in it] (the) wombs (of) the two females? Or were you witnesses when enjoined you Allah with this? Then who (is) more unjust than (one) who invents against Allah a lie to mislead the people without knowledge? Indeed, Allah (does) not guide the people the wrongdoing."
7:137
And We made inheritors the people those who were considered weak - (the) eastern (parts) (of) the land and the western (parts) of it, which We blessed [in it]. And was fulfilled (the) word (of) your Lord - the best for (the) Children (of) Israel because they were patient. And We destroyed what used to make Firaun and his people, and what they used to erect.
7:150
And when returned Musa to his people - angry, and grieved, he said, "Evil is what you have done in my place from after me. Were you impatient (over the) matter (of) your Lord?" And he cast down the tablets and seized by head, his brother dragging him to himself. He said, "O son (of) my mother! Indeed, the people considered me weak and were about to kill me. So (let) not rejoice over me the enemies, and (do) not place me with the people the wrongdoing."
9:19
Do you make the providing of water (to) the pilgrims and (the) maintenance (of) Al-Masjid Al-Haraam like (the one) who believes in Allah and the Day the Last, and strives in (the) way (of) Allah? not they are equal near Allah. And Allah (does) not guide the people - the wrongdoers.
9:24
Say, "If are your fathers, and your sons, and your brothers, and your spouses, and your relatives, and wealth that you have acquired and the commerce, you fear a decline (in) it and the dwellings you delight (in) it (are) more beloved to you than Allah, and His Messenger and striving in His way, then wait until brings Allah His Command. And Allah (does) not guide the people - the defiantly disobedient."
9:37
Indeed, the postponing (is) an increase in the disbelief, are led astray by it those who disbelieve. They make it lawful one year and make it unlawful (another) year, to adjust the number which has made unlawful Allah and making lawful what has made unlawful Allah Is made fair-seeming to them (the) evil (of) their deeds. And Allah (does) not guide the people - the disbelievers.
9:80
Ask forgiveness for them or (do) not ask forgiveness for them. If you ask forgiveness for them seventy times, never will forgive Allah [for] them. That (is) because they disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger, and Allah (does) not guide the people, the defiantly disobedient.
9:109
Then is (one) who founded his building on righteousness from Allah and (His) pleasure better or (one) who founded his building on edge (of) a cliff (about to) collapse, so it collapsed with him in (the) Fire (of) Hell. And Allah (does) not guide the people the wrongdoing.
10:13
And verily We destroyed the generations from before you when they wronged, and came to them their Messengers with clear proofs, but not they were to believe. Thus We recompense the people (who are) criminals.
16:107
That (is) because they preferred the life (of) the world over the Hereafter and that Allah (does) not guide the people the disbelievers.
28:50
But if not they respond to you, then know that only they follow their desires. And who (is) more astray than (one) who follows his own desire without guidance from Allah? Indeed, Allah (does) not guide the people - the wrongdoers.
46:10

Destroying every thing by (the) command (of) its Lord. Then they became (such), not is seen except their dwellings. Thus We recompense the people [the] criminals.
61:5
And when said Musa to his people, "O my people! Why do you hurt me while certainly you know that I am (the) Messenger (of) Allah to you?" Then when they deviated, (was caused to) deviate Allah their hearts. And Allah (does) not guide the people, the defiantly disobedient.
61:7
And who (is) more wrong than (one) who invents upon Allah the lie while he is invited to Islam? And Allah (does) not guide the people [the] wrongdoers.
62:5
(The) likeness (of) those who were entrusted (with) the Taurat then not they bore it, (is) like the donkey who carries books. Wretched is (the) example (of) the people who deny (the) Signs (of) Allah. And Allah (does) not guide the people, the wrongdoers.
63:6
(It) is same for them whether you ask forgiveness for them or (do) not ask forgiveness for them. Never will forgive Allah [to] them. Indeed, Allah (does) not guide the people, the defiantly disobedient.
69:7
Which He imposed upon them (for) seven nights and eight days (in) succession, so you would see the people therein fallen as if they were trunks (of) date-palms hollow.

Then did they feel secure (from the) plan (of) Allah? But not feel secure (from the) plan (of) Allah except the people (who are) the losers.

O my sons! Go and inquire about Yusuf and his brother, and not despair of (the) Mercy (of) Allah. Indeed, none despairs of (the) Mercy (of) Allah except the people the disbelievers."

So be patient, as had patience those of determination of the Messengers, and (do) not seek to hasten for them. As if they had, (the) Day they see what they were promised, not remained except an hour of a day. A notification. But will (any) be destroyed except the people - the defiantly disobedient?

And Dawud and Sulaiman, when they judged concerning the field, when pastured in it sheep (of) a people, and We were to their judgment witness.

And (do) not be weak in pursuit (of) the people. If you are suffering, then indeed, they are (also) suffering like what you are suffering, while you (have) hope from Allah what not they hope. And is Allah All-Knowing, All-Wise.
6:45
So was cut off (the) remnant (of) the people [those] who did wrong. And all praises and thanks (be) to Allah Lord (of) the worlds.
7:176
And if We willed surely, We (could) have raised with these [and] but he adhered to the earth and followed his (vain) desires. So his example (is) like (the) example (of) the dog, if you attack [on] him, he lolls out his tongue or if you leave him, he lolls out his tongue. That (is the) example (of) the people who denied [in] Our Signs. So relate the story so that they may reflect.
20:87
They said, "Not we broke promise to you by our will, but we [we] were made to carry burdens from ornaments (of) the people, so we threw them and thus threw the Samiri."
62:5
