14:11 Their apostles answered them: "True, we are nothing but mortal men like yourselves: but God bestows His favour upon whomever He wills of His servants. Withal, it is not within our power to bring you a proof [of our mission], unless it be by God's leave-and [so] it is in God that all believers must place their trust.(as).

Note.

I.e., it is to the contents of the divine message propounded to them that all seekers after truth must turn for illumination (see 7:75 and 13:43, as well as the corresponding notes). The Qur'an dwells in many places (e.g., in 6:109 or 13: 31) on the futility - moral as well as intellectual-of the demand that the divine origin of a prophetic message should be proved by tangible, extraneous means: for, a morally valid and intellectually justifiable conviction of the intrinsic truth of such a message can be gained only through "conscious insight accessible to reason" (12:108).

(৭:৭৫

قَالَ الْمَلَأُ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا مِنْ قَوْمِهِ لِلَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا لِمَنْ آمَنَ مِنْهُمْ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ صَالِحًا مُرْسَلٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِ ۚ قَالُوا إِنَّا بِمَا أُرْسِلَ بِهِ مُؤْمِنُونَ

তেওঁৰ সম্প্ৰদায়ৰ অহংকাৰী নেতাসকলে সেই সম্প্ৰদায়ৰ যিসকলে ঈমান আনিছিল- যিসকলক দুৰ্বল বুলি ভৱা হৈছিল তেওঁলোকক ক’লে, ‘তোমালোকে জানানে যে, ছলেহ তেওঁৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ তৰফৰ পৰা প্ৰেৰিত? তেওঁলোকে (উত্তৰত) ক’লে, ‘নিশ্চয় তেওঁ যি লৈ প্ৰেৰিত হৈছে, আমি তাৰ ওপৰত বিশ্বাসী’।

১৩:৪৩

وَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَسْتَ مُرْسَلًا ۚ قُلْ كَفَىٰ بِاللَّهِ شَهِيدًا بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكُمْ وَمَنْ عِنْدَهُ عِلْمُ الْكِتَابِ

আৰু যিসকলে কুফৰী কৰিছে সিহঁতে কয়, ‘তুমি আল্লাহৰ প্ৰেৰিত নহয়’। কোৱা, ‘আল্লাহ আৰু যিসকলৰ ওচৰত কিতাবৰ জ্ঞান আছে, তেওঁলোকেই মোৰ আৰু তোমালোকৰ মাজত সাক্ষী হিচাপে যথেষ্ট’।

৬:১০৯

وَأَقْسَمُوا بِاللَّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ لَئِنْ جَاءَتْهُمْ آيَةٌ لَيُؤْمِنُنَّ بِهَا ۚ قُلْ إِنَّمَا الْآيَاتُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ ۖ وَمَا يُشْعِرُكُمْ أَنَّهَا إِذَا جَاءَتْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

আৰু সিহঁতে আল্লাহৰ নামত দৃঢ় শপত খাই কয়, সিহঁতৰ ওচৰত যদি কোনো নিদৰ্শন আহিলহেঁতেন তেন্তে নিশ্চয় সিহঁতে ইয়াৰ প্ৰতি ঈমান আনিলেহেঁতেন। কোৱা, ‘নিদৰ্শন কেৱল আল্লাহৰ ওচৰত’। (হে ঈমান্দাৰসকল!) কিদৰে তোমালোকৰ উপলব্ধিত আহিব যে, যেতিয়া সেই (নিদৰ্শন) আহি যাব, তেতিয়াও সিহঁতে ঈমান নানিব?

১২:১০৮

قُلْ هَٰذِهِ سَبِيلِي أَدْعُو إِلَى اللَّهِ ۚ عَلَىٰ بَصِيرَةٍ أَنَا وَمَنِ اتَّبَعَنِي ۖ وَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ

কোৱা, ‘এইটোৱেই মোৰ পথ, মই আৰু মোৰ অনুসাৰীসকলে পূৰ্ণ বিশ্বাসৰ সৈতে জানি-বুজি আল্লাহৰ প্ৰতি আহ্বান কৰো। আল্লাহ অতি পৱিত্ৰ মহান আৰু মই মুশ্বৰিকসকলৰ অন্তৰ্ভুক্ত নহয়’।
