2:62, 5:69- misinterpretation

5:69 Those who attain belief (and call themselves Muslims) and those who are Jews, and the Agnostics, and Christians; whoever believes in God and the Last Day, and does acts of welfare, for them shall be no fear from without, nor shall grief touch them from within.

  Those who attain belief and call themselves Muslims, and those who are Jews, and Christians and the agnostics, whoever believes in God and the Last Day and helps people, shall have their reward with their Lord. For them there shall be no fear from without, nor shall grief touch them from within. 2:62. 

Note: Dear reader, I am not aware of any instance in the Qur’an where the use of Tasreef, the Big Picture could be more crucial than in the understanding of these verses, 2:62, 5:69. Respectfully speaking, some great commentators have misinterpreted this verse for not looking at other related verses. Please read on the Tasreef.

২:৬২

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَالَّذِينَ هَادُوا وَالنَّصَارَىٰ وَالصَّابِئِينَ مَنْ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَلَهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ وَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ

নিশ্চয় যিসকলে ঈমান আনিছে আৰু যিসকলে ইয়াহুদী হৈছে  লগতে নাছাৰা  আৰু ছাবেয়ীসকলৰ  যিসকলে আল্লাহ আৰু শেষ দিৱসৰ প্ৰতি ঈমান আনে আৰু সত্কাম কৰে, সিহঁতৰ বাবে সিহঁতৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ ওচৰত পুৰষ্কাৰ আছে; আৰু সিহঁতৰ কোনো ভয় নাই আৰু সিহঁত চিন্তিতও নহ’ব ।

৫:৬৯

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَالَّذِينَ هَادُوا وَالصَّابِئُونَ وَالنَّصَارَىٰ مَنْ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ

নিশ্চয় যিসকলে ঈমান আনিছে, আৰু যিসকল ইয়াহুদী আৰু ছাবেয়ী লগতে নাছাৰাসকলৰ মাজত যিসকলে আল্লাহ আৰু শেষ দিৱসৰ ওপৰত ঈমান আনিছে আৰু সৎকৰ্ম কৰিছে, সিহঁতৰ কোনো ভয় নাই আৰু সিহঁত চিন্তিতও নহ’ব।

It is inconceivable that those who oppose the truth, whether they are the People of the Book or the idolaters, could get out of error until the clear proof Al-Qur’an comes to them. 98:1

৯৮:১

 لَمْ يَكُنِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَالْمُشْرِكِينَ مُنْفَكِّينَ حَتَّىٰ تَأْتِيَهُمُ الْبَيِّنَةُ

আহলে কিতাবসকলৰ মাজত যিসকলে কুফৰী কৰিছে আৰু মুশ্বৰিকসকল, সিহঁতৰ ওচৰত সুস্পষ্ট প্ৰমাণ নহালৈকে সিহঁতে বিৰত থাকিবলৈ প্ৰস্তুত নাছিল।

---- The non-Israelite Prophet liberates the People of the Book from the shackles of their manmade dogmas and brings them from darkness to light ------. 7:157

৭:১৫৭

الَّذِينَ يَتَّبِعُونَ الرَّسُولَ النَّبِيَّ الْأُمِّيَّ الَّذِي يَجِدُونَهُ مَكْتُوبًا عِنْدَهُمْ فِي التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنْجِيلِ يَأْمُرُهُمْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَاهُمْ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَيُحِلُّ لَهُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَيُحَرِّمُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْخَبَائِثَ وَيَضَعُ عَنْهُمْ إِصْرَهُمْ وَالْأَغْلَالَ الَّتِي كَانَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ فَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِهِ وَعَزَّرُوهُ وَنَصَرُوهُ وَاتَّبَعُوا النُّورَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ مَعَهُ ۙ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ

যিসকলে অনুসৰণ কৰে ৰাছুলৰ, উম্মী নবীৰ, যাৰ উল্লেখ সিহঁতে সিহঁতৰ ওচৰত থকা তাওৰাত আৰু ইঞ্জীলত লিপিবদ্ধ পায়, যিজনে সিহঁতক সৎ কামৰ আদেশ দিয়ে, অসৎকৰ্মৰ পৰা নিষেধ কৰে, সিহঁতৰ বাবে পৱিত্ৰ বস্তু হালাল কৰে আৰু অপৱিত্ৰ বস্তু হাৰাম কৰে। আৰু সিহঁতক সিহঁতৰ ওপৰত থকা বোজাৰ পৰা আৰু শৃংখলৰ পৰা মুক্ত কৰে। সেয়ে যিসকলে তেওঁৰ প্ৰতি ঈমান আনে, তেওঁক সন্মান কৰে, তেওঁক সহায় কৰে আৰু যি নূৰ তেওঁৰ প্ৰতি অৱতীৰ্ণ হৈছে সেইটোৰ অনুসৰণ কৰে, তেওঁলোকেই সাফল্যমণ্ডিত।

They say, “Be Jews or Christians, then you will be rightly guided.” Say, “Nay, we follow the religion of Abraham, the upright. He associated no one with the One True God.” And Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian. 2:135

২:১৩৫

وَقَالُوا كُونُوا هُودًا أَوْ نَصَارَىٰ تَهْتَدُوا ۗ قُلْ بَلْ مِلَّةَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفًا ۖ وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ

আৰু সিহঁতে কয়, ‘তোমালোকে ইয়াহূদী বা নাছাৰা হৈ যোৱা, সঠিক পথ পাবা’। কোৱা, ‘বৰং আমি একনিষ্ঠ হৈ ইব্ৰাহীমৰ মিল্লাতৰ অনুসৰণ কৰিম; আৰু তেওঁ মুশ্বৰিকসকলৰ অন্তৰ্ভুক্ত নাছিল’ ।

O you who believe, say, “We believe in God and the revelation that has been conveyed to us, and in what was sent down to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob as well as the tribal Israelite Prophets; and in what was given to Moses and Jesus and to other Prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction among them since all of them were one in purpose and they got their guidance from the One True God. And for Him, we are Muslims.” 2:136

২:১৩৬

قُولُوا آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْنَا وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ وَالْأَسْبَاطِ وَمَا أُوتِيَ مُوسَىٰ وَعِيسَىٰ وَمَا أُوتِيَ النَّبِيُّونَ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِنْهُمْ وَنَحْنُ لَهُ مُسْلِمُونَ

তোমালোকে কোৱা, ‘আমি ঈমান আনিছো আল্লাহৰ প্ৰতি আৰু যি আমাৰ প্ৰতি অৱতীৰ্ণ হৈছে, লগতে তাৰ প্ৰতিও ঈমান আনিছো যি অৱতীৰ্ণ হৈছিল ইব্ৰাহীম, ইছমাঈল, ইছহাক্ব, ইয়াকূব আৰু তেওঁৰ বংশধৰসকলৰ প্ৰতি, আৰু মুছা, ঈছাৰ লগতে অন্যান্য নবীসকলক তেওঁলোকৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ তৰফৰ পৰা যি প্ৰদান কৰা হৈছে (তাৰ প্ৰতিও ঈমান আনিছো)। আমি তেওঁলোকৰ মাজত কোনো পাৰ্থক্য নকৰো; আৰু আমি তেওঁৰেই ওচৰত আত্মসমৰ্পণকাৰী।

So, if they come to believe in the way you believe, they will be rightly guided. But if they turn away, they will be falling into opposition and God will be Sufficient for you against them. He is the Hearer, Knower of all things and events. 2:137(sa).

২:১৩৭

فَإِنْ آمَنُوا بِمِثْلِ مَا آمَنْتُمْ بِهِ فَقَدِ اهْتَدَوْا ۖ وَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَإِنَّمَا هُمْ فِي شِقَاقٍ ۖ فَسَيَكْفِيكَهُمُ اللَّهُ ۚ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

এতেকে তোমালোকে যেনেকৈ ঈমান আনিছা সিহঁতেও যদি তেনেকৈ ঈমান আনে, তেন্তে নিশ্চয় সিহঁত হিদায়তপ্ৰাপ্ত হ’ব; আৰু যদি সিহঁতে মুখ ঘূৰাই লয়, তেন্তে সিহঁত আছে কেৱল বিৰোধিতাত লিপ্ত, এতেকে সিহঁতৰ বিপক্ষে তোমাৰ বাবে আল্লাহেই যথেষ্ট; আৰু তেওঁ সৰ্বশ্ৰোতা, সৰ্বজ্ঞ।
