🟠২:১৮৬(God Answers the Prayers of "His Servants").
وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ ۖ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ ۖ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا لِي وَلْيُؤْمِنُوا بِي لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ
আৰু মোৰ বান্দাই যেতিয়া মোৰ বিষয়ে তোমাক সোধে, (তেতিয়া তুমি কৈ দিয়া) নিশ্চয় মই অতি ওচৰত। মই প্ৰাৰ্থনাকাৰীৰ প্ৰাৰ্থনা কবুল কৰো, যেতিয়া সি প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰে। এতেকে সিহঁতেও যেন মোৰ আহ্বানত সঁহাৰি দিয়ে আৰু মোৰ প্ৰতি ঈমান আনে[1], যাতে সিহঁতে সঠিক পথত পৰিচালিত হ’ব পাৰে।

[2:186] And (Wa) whenever (Izaa) MY servants (Ebaadii) ask you (s) (Sa-ala-ka) about ME (God) (Ånnii); then
(Fa) indeed, I am (Innii) near (Qariibun). I answer (Ujiibu) the invocation (Da'wata) of a supplicant
(Ed'Daae) when (Izaa) he invokes ME (Da'ååni). So let (Fal') them respond to ME (-Yas'tajiibu' Lii) and let
(Wal') them believe in ME (-Yu'minu' Bii) perhaps they (Laållahum) will be well guided (Yar'shuduun).

📍Note:
God’s response: A sincere caller will be shown the right direction. The caller may experience a change, feeling comforted and motivated. Du’a, as a Cause, may interact with countless Divine laws in nature to produce the Effect. And the Qur’an has answers to all their questions. 3:193, 7:56, 8:24, 32:15, 40:60, 42:25, 45:22, 47:7.

أُحِلَّ لَكُمْ لَيْلَةَ الصِّيَامِ الرَّفَثُ إِلَىٰ نِسَائِكُمْ ۚ هُنَّ لِبَاسٌ لَكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ لِبَاسٌ لَهُنَّ ۗ عَلِمَ اللَّهُ أَنَّكُمْ كُنْتُمْ تَخْتَانُونَ أَنْفُسَكُمْ فَتَابَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَعَفَا عَنْكُمْ ۖ فَالْآنَ بَاشِرُوهُنَّ وَابْتَغُوا مَا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ ۚ وَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمُ الْخَيْطُ الْأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الْخَيْطِ الْأَسْوَدِ مِنَ الْفَجْرِ ۖ ثُمَّ أَتِمُّوا الصِّيَامَ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ ۚ وَلَا تُبَاشِرُوهُنَّ وَأَنْتُمْ عَاكِفُونَ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ ۗ تِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ فَلَا تَقْرَبُوهَا ۗ كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ آيَاتِهِ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ
ছিয়ামৰ ৰাতিত তোমালোকৰ বাবে স্ত্ৰী-সম্ভোগ বৈধ কৰা হৈছে। সিহঁত তোমালোকৰ পোছাকস্বৰূপ আৰু তোমালোকেও সিহঁতৰ পোছাকস্বৰূপ। আল্লাহে জানে যে, তোমালোকে নিজৰ লগতেই খিয়ানত কৰিছিলা। এতেকে তেওঁ তোমালোকৰ তাওবা কবুল কৰিছে আৰু তোমালোকক মাৰ্জনা কৰিছে। এতেকে তোমালোকে এতিয়া সিহঁতৰ লগত মিলিত হোৱা আৰু আল্লাহে তোমালোকৰ বাবে যি বিধিবদ্ধ কৰিছে সেইটো কামনা কৰা; আৰু তোমালোকে পানাহাৰ কৰা যেতিয়ালৈকে ৰাতিৰ ক'লা ৰেখাৰ পৰা ঊষাৰ বগা ৰেখা স্পষ্টৰূপে তোমালোকৰ ওচৰত প্ৰকাশ নহয়। তাৰ পিছত ৰাতিৰ আগমন পৰ্যন্ত ছিয়াম পালন কৰা; আৰু তোমালোকে মছজিদত এ’তিকাফ অৱস্থাত সিহঁতৰ লগত সংগত নহ’বা। এইবোৰ আল্লাহৰ সীমাৰেখা। সেয়ে এইবোৰৰ নিকটৱৰ্তী নহ’বা। এনেকৈ আল্লাহে তেওঁৰ আয়াতসমূহ মানুহৰ বাবে সুস্পষ্টভাৱে বৰ্ণনা কৰে, যাতে সিহঁতে তাক্বৱাৰ অধিকাৰী হ’ব পাৰে।

[2:187] Lawful for you (p) (Uhilla Lakum) is the night (Lai'lata) of fasting (Es'Siyaami) to lust after (Er'Rafathu
ilaa) your wives (Nisaai-kum'). They (Hunna) are a covering (Libaasun) for you (Lakum) and (Wa) you
(Antum) are a covering (Libaasun) for them (Lahunna). GOD knows (Ålima-llahu) that you (Annakum) had
been (Kuntum) cheating (Takh'taanuuna) yourselves (Anfusa-kum), so (Fa) HE has forgiven you (p) (Taaba
Ålai'kum) and (Wa) has pardoned you (Åfaa Ån-kum). So (Fa) copulate with them (Baashiruu-hunna) now
(El'aana) and (Wa) seek (Eb'tagu') what (Maa) GOD has decreed (Kataba-llahu) for you (Lakum). And (Wa)
eat (Kulu') and drink (Esh'rabu') until (Hattaa) the whitish (El'Ab'yadu) thread (El'Khai'tu) becomes clear
(Yatabayyana) to you (p) (Lakum) from (Mina) the blackish (El'As'wadi) thread (El'Khai'ti) of (Mina) dawn (📍17:78)
(El'Faj'ri), then (Thumma) conclude (Atimmu') the fasting (Es'Siyaama) at (ilaa) night (17:78) (Ellai'li). But (Wa)
do not (Laa) copulate with them (Tubaashiruu-hunna) while (Wa) you (Antum) are abiding (Ååkifuuna) in
(Fii) the mosques (El'Masaajidi). These (Til'ka) are the limits of GOD (Huduudu-llahi), so do not (Falaa)
approach them (Taq'rabuu-haa). GOD (Ellahu) thus (Kazaalika) clarify (Yubayyinu) HIS verses (Aayaati-hi)
to the people (Lin' Naasi) perhaps they (Laållahum) will become pious (Yattaquun).

📍Note:
I’tikaaf = Special task = To be deputed = Extra duty = Unique assignment. ‘Aakifoon = Those on I’tikaaf. Unfortunately, under the Ajami alien influences, the concept given to I’tikaaf has reduced this Sublime Ordinance to ten days of ascetic and ritualistic isolation in a mosque in the third part of Ramadhan. Obviously, this invented practice violates the Qur’anic injunctions against monasticism and human rights. 57:27. Libaas= Garment = Raiment embraces all the meanings rendered. ‘Saum’ or Abstinence 2:183.

🟠২:১৮৮(Unfair Financial Gains, Bribery and Corruption).
وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا أَمْوَالَكُمْ بَيْنَكُمْ بِالْبَاطِلِ وَتُدْلُوا بِهَا إِلَى الْحُكَّامِ لِتَأْكُلُوا فَرِيقًا مِنْ أَمْوَالِ النَّاسِ بِالْإِثْمِ وَأَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
আৰু তোমালোকে নিজৰ মাজতে এজনে আনজনৰ অৰ্থ-সম্পদ অন্যায়ভাৱে নাখাবা আৰু মানুহৰ ধন-সম্পত্তিৰ কিছু অংশ জানি বুজি অন্যায়ভাৱে আত্মসাৎ কৰিবলৈ বিচাৰকসকলক প্ৰদান নকৰিবা।

[2:188] And (Wa) do not (Laa) consume (Ta'kuluu') your assets (wealth) (Am'waala-kum) among yourselves
(Bai'nakum) with falsehood (Bil' Baatili), by (Wa) presenting it (Tud'lu' Bi-haa) to (ilaa) the judges
(El'Hukkaami) in order to (Li) consume (Ta'kulu') a portion (Fariiqan) of (Min') the people's (En'Naasi) wealth
(Am'waali) in sin (Bil' ith'mi), while (Wa) you (Antum') know (Ta'lamuun).

📍Verse/Note:
2:188 (When you abstain from the permissible during the annual training period, you empower yourselves to easily refrain from the forbidden.) So, knowingly, do not devour the wealth and property of one another in a wrongful manner, nor bribe the officials or the judges to deprive others of their rightful belongings. This kind of behavior drags down your own humanity and harms the collective welfare of the society.

This verse, together with 42:38 and 59:7 and a few other verses, reminds us one of the most important principles for a just, peaceful, and prosperous society. Monarchies, dictatorships, oligarchies, or regimes where wealth and political power accumulates in the hands of a few, compromise the foundations of justice. A society with no justice cannot enjoy happiness. The biggest challenge for the Western world is the protection of democratic procedures from the corruptive power of money and separation of powers. When a government becomes the government of the wealthy, by the wealthy and for the wealthy, the interest of the nation and indirectly the interest of all of humanity is risked. Today, more than any time in history, there is interdependence among the nations of the world. Regardless of its location, reckless treatment of planet earth poisons everyone's atmosphere. Reckless production of weapons, regardless of its location, risks the security of all nations. The gap between rich and poor nations, and the aggressive militaristic adventures of powerful nations challenge the security of the entire world. This gap is augmented through imperialistic policies that use illicit methods, such as misinformation, jingoistic propaganda, puppet regimes, and overt and covert military operations. Because of technology, the Internet, global economy, and an increase in population, our world is quickly shrinking, and the consequences of neo-colonialism will be different. The oligarchs who have been engaging in state terrorism finally reaped a competition, an asymmetrical and unpredictable one. The injustice and corruption enjoyed by the world powers is generating and will continue to generate hatred, frustration, and resentment around the world. Those who have nothing to lose will make sure the rest lose their sleep. The world must take heed.
