৪০:২৪
إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَهَامَانَ وَقَارُونَ فَقَالُوا سَاحِرٌ كَذَّابٌ
ফিৰআউন, হামান আৰু কাৰূনৰ ওচৰত। কিন্তু সিহঁতে ক’লে, ‘যাদুকৰ, চৰম মিছলীয়া’।

[২৮:৭৬
۞ إِنَّ قَارُونَ كَانَ مِنْ قَوْمِ مُوسَىٰ فَبَغَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ ۖ وَآتَيْنَاهُ مِنَ الْكُنُوزِ مَا إِنَّ مَفَاتِحَهُ لَتَنُوءُ بِالْعُصْبَةِ أُولِي الْقُوَّةِ إِذْ قَالَ لَهُ قَوْمُهُ لَا تَفْرَحْ ۖ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْفَرِحِينَ
নিশ্চয় ক্বাৰূন আছিল মুছাৰ সম্প্ৰদায়ভুক্ত, কিন্তু সি সিহঁতৰ প্ৰতি ঔদ্ধত্য প্ৰকাশ কৰিছিল। আৰু আমি তাক দান কৰিছিলো ইমান ধন-ভাণ্ডাৰ যে, যাৰ চাবিবোৰ বহন কৰা এদল শক্তিশালী মানুহৰ পক্ষেও কষ্টসাধ্য আছিল। স্মৰণ কৰা, যেতিয়া তাৰ সম্প্ৰদায়ৰ মানুহে তাক কৈছিল, ‘অহংকাৰ নকৰিবা। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহে অহংকাৰী লোকক পছন্দ নকৰে।

وَنُمَكِّنَ لَهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَنُرِيَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَهَامَانَ وَجُنُودَهُمَا مِنْهُمْ مَا كَانُوا يَحْذَرُونَ
আৰু পৃথিৱীত তেওঁলোকক ক্ষমতাত অধিষ্ঠিত কৰিবলৈ বিচাৰিলো, লগতে ফিৰআউন, হামান আৰু সিহঁতৰ সৈন্যবাহিনীক সেইটো দেখুৱাবলৈ ইচ্ছা কৰিলো, যিটো সিহঁতে সেই দুৰ্বল দলৰ পৰা আশংকা কৰিছিল।

28:6, 29:39. Saahir = Magician = Trickster = An eloquent, spellbinding speaker = A deceitful liar = One who stuns the intellect. Pharaoh, Haman and Qaroon Korah are the archetypes of tyranny, priesthood and wealth respectively. It is important to note from this verse that Moses was sent to all three elements of this 'unholy trinity'. From this infers the mutual dependence of the forces of tyranny, priesthood and hoarding. These three elements have always worked in concert against the forces of justice and equity. Haman was the chief priest as well as chief of Pharaoh’s armies. The wealthy Qaroon belonged to the Israelites, the people of Moses. But he was Pharaoh’s slave-driver. He represents Capitalism, pursuit of wealth with its associated inequities(sa).

وَقَارُونَ وَفِرْعَوْنَ وَهَامَانَ ۖ وَلَقَدْ جَاءَهُمْ مُوسَىٰ بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَاسْتَكْبَرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا كَانُوا سَابِقِينَ
আৰু আমি ধ্বংস কৰিছিলো ক্বাৰূন, ফিৰআউন আৰু হামানক। অৱশ্যে মুছা সিহঁতৰ ওচৰত সুস্পষ্ট নিদৰ্শনসহ আহিছিল; তথাপিও সিহঁতে পৃথিৱীত অহংকাৰ কৰিছিল; কিন্তু সিহঁতে মোৰ শাস্তিৰ পৰা বাচিব পৰা নাই।

Pharaoh, Haman, and Qarun, representing the political, military, capitalist powers, respectively, united to fight against God's message. This oligarchy used magicians (religious leaders) to continue their corrupt and exploitative system (7:112).(edip).

يَأْتُوكَ بِكُلِّ سَاحِرٍ عَلِيمٍ
‘যাতে সিহঁতে আপোনাৰ ওচৰত প্ৰতিজন সুদক্ষ যাদুকৰক উপস্থিত কৰে’।)
