[2:18] Deaf, dumb (and) blind, so they will not turn back.

QS. Al-Baqarah [2] : verse 171

[2:171] And the parable of those who disbelieve is as the parable of one who calls out to that which hears no more than a call and a cry; deaf, dumb (and) blind, so they do not understand.

QS. Al-Maaidah (Al-Maidah) [5] : verse 71

[5:71] And they thought that there would be no affliction, so they became blind and deaf; then Allah turned to them mercifully, but many of them became blind and deaf; and Allah is well seeing what they do.

QS. Huud (Hud) [11] : verse 24

[11:24] The likeness of the two parties is as the blind and the deaf and the seeing and the hearing: are they equal in condition? Will you not then mind?

QS. Al-Israa' (Al-Isra') [17] : verse 97

[17:97] And whomsoever Allah guides, he is the follower of the right way, and whomsoever He causes to err, you shall not find for him guardians besides Him; and We will gather them together on the day of resurrection on their faces, blind and dumb and deaf; their abode is hell; whenever it becomes allayed We will add to their burning.

QS. Al-Furqaan (Al-Furqan) [25] : verse 73

[25:73] And they who, when reminded of the communications of their Lord, do not fall down thereat deaf and blind.

QS. Az-Zukhruf [43] : verse 40

[43:40] What! can you then make the deaf to hear or guide the blind and him who is in clear error?

QS. Muhammad [47] : verse 23

[47:23] Those it is whom Allah has cursed so He has made them deaf and blinded their eyes.
